Disasters and Emergencies
Spreading the Word
Welcome! Thank you for helping us spread the word and for helping to get Iowans more prepared.
The best time to prepare for an emergency is before it happens. Please help to expand the reach of this critical information by sharing via social media, posting on your website, or by printing and displaying in your office or facility.
On this page you will find a variety of resources to promote preparedness for individuals, families, and organizations.
VIDEO RESOURCES
HSEMD would like to encourage Iowans to prepare themselves, their families, and their communities, so we have created public service announcements (PSAs). These PSA videos (like the one to the left) will help to educate and empower Iowans to prepare for and know how to respond to emergencies. Please feel free to share these videos on your social media channels or websites.
